  • We used Don Rothrock to manage the renovation of our first flip project in Jupiter Florida in 2016. It was a four thousand square foot single family home in foreclosure and had significant damage to the interior of the house. It required a complete redo of the floors, walls and trim as well as upgrades to the appliances and cabinetry. Don managed the entire process and coordinated all the various contractors including landscapers. The project came in on time and under budget and was hugely successful. We will use Don again.
