Don Rothrock handled the renovation of my executive condominium within the Chase Park Plaza in St Louis in 2013.  He worked closely with my interior designer and construction crew to make sure the process went smoothly, my ideas were heard, and construction did not unnecessarily interfere with my use of the condo while I was in town for business. Don is an honest problem solver who is organized and incredibly creative. 

Don Rothrock has worked for me over the past 11 years, building and managing all my personal projects. We used Don Rothrock to manage the renovation of our first flip project in Jupiter Florida in 2016. It was a four thousand square foot single family home in foreclosure and had significant damage to the interior of the house. It required a complete redo of the floors, walls and trim as well as upgrades to the appliances and cabinetry. Don managed the entire process and coordinated all the various contractors including landscapers. The project came in on time and under budget and was hugely successful. We will use Don again.
