The “Park View Penthouse” is located in the Central West End District of St Louis, Missouri.  The Chase Park Plaza is a famous historic hotel with a full movie theatre, spa, gym, two restaurants and an outside pool.  The property is split into two distinct buildings, one side is the hotel and the other is residential condominiums. Both buildings are connected, and the luxury Art-Deco residential building built in 1927, towers over the hotel with twenty seven floors.

The “Park View Penthouse” is unit 1902 and showcases two floors of exterior balconies on the 19th & 20th floors overlooking Forest Park.  Forest Park is home to the 1904 World’s Fair & the St Louis Zoo, which is 1,293 acres of property to view from this penthouse.

The interior construction details are endless in this penthouse.  The kitchen area, eating island and built in wine room counters had Crystal Blue Glass countertops by ThinkGlass, which were backlit with dimmable light panels. The Dining Room & the two story Living Room with glass fireplace, had floor to ceiling stone with walnut horizontal bands.  The central stair, designed by Frontenac Engineering, featured a cantilevered landing with open stair risers from the 1st to 2nd floor, solid cherry stair planks and glass railings.  The full height structural wall was cladded in zebra wood panels and walnut reveals, cut into thirty degree angles wrapping all four sides of the structural wall.  A custom 90” TV built-in was designed with the zebra wood & walnut panels at the opposite wall of the cantilevered stair.  This entertainment room featured a Wet Bar with a lighted backsplash and counter top in Concetto Stone Blue Agate, with flanking wall art by Dale Chihuly. The room was finished out with wallpaper ceilings and walls from Phillip Jefferies and Jeffery Michaels.

The Master Bedroom features a California King with a walnut & maple headboard wall by Marc Christian Fine Cabinets.  The inset at the headboard wall & bedding was by Tusseti Fabrics, with lighting by Murry Feiss. The Master Bath is equipped with a full steam shower and custom luxurious bespoke TV mirror by Seura.  Qmotion Shades are controlled from your IPAD from the Crestron Control center at each room to allow the natural light and views to Forest Park.  It was the ultimate Park View executive penthouse that mirrors the designs and lifestyle of Central Park.
