When designing "Tuscan Villa Vibes" Don Rothrock considered the size of the property and how people will take in the home as they enter the gates of the property.  The 5 acre property is located in the equestrian community of Caloosa, located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The entrance was the main focus to create a journey from when you pull through the gates and pass by the pond with fountain.  The winding driveway is whimsical as you drive up towards the home to park at the main entry of the courtyard.  The courtyard was designed by our team and connects to the multi point entryways giving a center focus of the fountain in the center.  Lush greenery and italian cypress line the driveway and courtyard area giving you a true tuscan feel.

When selecting the colors from the home, we went with the homeowners style from their heritage of northern Italy. From the bright colorful contrast of a the red barrel roof while accenting the green windows and shutters on a creamy heavy textured stucco.  The pavers of the driveway and throughout the courtyard tie in with the bright tones of red, green and yellow from the roof tiles.

As you approach the front door, you are struck by the grand wrought iron door with gold leaf flaking.  A true warm and welcoming feel as you enter into the home.  The warm wood flooring throughout and arch hallways line the home creating a grand entrance.

The gilded iron light fixtures bring nostalgia and an eclectric feel within the home.  These later mold the feeling of the home with the families heirlooms of artwood and antiques.  The kitchen boast friendly colors of bright blue and accents of yellow making this home cheerful as a family friendly space. When contrasting the double islands, we wanted the sitting island to feel as through it is an antique piece of furniture and tie in with the saw hewn beams in the ceiling.  The seconadry island works as a secondary prep space with plenty of cabinetry and Galley Sink as additional prep area.

As you come off the kitchen we created an open pantry with additional refrigerator and cabinetry.  One special feature of the pantry is the chicago brick floor which gives a rich historal feel to the space.
