The project is located in North Palm Beach in Seminole Landing.   The residence, an Old World Mediterranean Style, is designed by Stuart Brenner Architects.  I originally worked as the Project Manager with Simmons Building, who built the first phase of this residence.  The property has gone through several additions, and new construction builds through Rothrock Construction since the original build.  The original garage basement was changed into several activity rooms: A Wine Room, Antique & Exotic Car Glass Rooms, a Gun Vault, a Sauna Room, a Hobby Room and Beach Room.

The new Wine Room was added with a barrel vaulted ceiling, stone niches and radius arches in blended mix of Pennsylvania & Natural Stone Ledgestone by Dutch Stone.  A double ten foot long convex curved wine rack for the red wine storage was designed by Wine Cellar International. Five separate arched wine racks with carved panels were installed in the chilled white wine storage. A wine tasting table in the red storage was centered at the insulated viewing window with double doors to allow viewing between both wine rooms.

The garage ceiling was replaced with tiles from Decorative Ceiling Tiles. A full walk-in vault was added for my client’s gun collection. Glass sliding doors were installed around a simulated F1 Ferrari Formula One racecar experience by EvotekUS.

The exterior of the house has had several changes and new additions.  The 1.44 acre lot across from the main house was landscaped with Carney Date Palms, and a double entry drive by Artezanos. A full Tennis House Building with Pickelball Courts was planned to the northeast of the residence.  The rear Oceanside yard by the glass tile pool & grotto was lined with gas tiki torches and fire pits by Beachside Lighting.

From fast cars to fun nights, Light Up The Night is sure to impress any guest!
