As Rothrock Construction embarks on the demolition of this 1989's home, we are eager to showcase the new design and build.  The Cape Dutch estate was designed based on the clients love for the style of homes located in Alys Beach.  This one story home will be located on the waterways in the prestigious golf community of Seminole Landing.  The new home, with its Cape Dutch style, will stretch over 6k square feet on a 1.5-acre property. The home features a private open courtyard and water features throughout the front entry.

The home features a master bedroom with views of the pool. The master bedroom then flows into a flex space and a master bathroom that feels as if your in a spa. The master bathroom to feature an oversized steam shower with Kohler floatation tub.

Just steps from the private community beach, this home is a part of the intimate community of Seminole Landing, which prides itself on its small size, consisting of only 65 homes.
The Cape Dutch Estate made it original debut in Build Magazine 2025 after six months of design and approval by the communities review board.
