Defined Sophistication

The project "Defined Sophistication" was a design and renovation project. This design renovation occurred in one of Florida's most recognized private golf club known as the community of Admirals Cove, in Jupiter, FL. The contemporary style home was originally designed by Affinity architects. The clients loved their home but wanted to tweak the layout to fit their lifestyle.  The current home allowed for many different avenues of design throughout to give the clients the entertainment as well as a workspace they wanted for their day-to-day lifestyle. 

Creating a division from the kitchen to the dining room gave a more private space for entertaining guests.  Multiple wine coolers are aligned on the wall of the dining room, while a wet bar offsets the other side of the space for cocktails. The upstairs loft is designed as a private office space and designated gym, allowing space and privacy from the lower level while taking in the stunning views of the forty-five-hole golf course. With magnificent golf views and scenic waterways, the home sets itself apart with warm, sophisticated finishes to warm the space in a sophisticated design-forward space.
