What is a Client Advocate?
The construction and architectural profession describes the Client Advocate as the “Owners Representative or Project Manager”. I believe their description only scratches the surface for consulting on behalf of you, the Client.
Luxury homes and business expansions that are complex in scale, can leave you with thousands of detail questions to answer that become time consuming. With a Master’s degree in Architecture, I can provide design solutions for these details through cost estimates, bid comparisons, scope of work review and personal hand sketches for the project team. As a Certified General Contractor, having someone you can rely on for pre-construction services or throughout the entire building process, gives the client a sense of ease and security so you do not feel taken advantage of. Using both my professional degrees minimizes the client’s time and allows their ideas to be executed properly.

“Don has been invaluable as a client advocate throughout every phase of building our home, top to bottom. His professional knowledge of construction and project management is extensive. His ability to navigate the complex interplay between project budgets, material and labor cost, design and negotiation; has allowed me and my wife to relax and enjoy our build, knowing that he has us covered. Deciding to pay for a client advocate up front might feel like an additional nonessential expense, but once you see him in action you’ll understand. He’s found numerous savings at every level of the project on things we surely would’ve missed, but more importantly, his thoroughness has allowed peace of mind, making our home build fun instead of stressful. We cannot recommend Don highly enough! “
